Events are crazy. There are so many details and things going on, and it’s easy to think that you might have some questions. We’ve tried our best to answer as many of the common questions that we get below, but if you can’t find an answer just contact us! We can’t wait to see you in February!
For cars, we recommend Grant Street Transportation Center for Jubilee weekend. If you arrive after 4 PM on Friday, the weekend daily rate is $5/day.
For buses, we recommend 15th & Smallman for Jubilee weekend.

What are the rooming options for Jubilee 2019?
Most Jubilee attendees stay in a room with three other people—this is the standard $90 per person rate that is included in our pricing list. However, if you would like to share a room with just one other person, or have a room to yourself, you can.
4 people in a room: each attendee pays $90 for housing
2 people in a room: each attendee pays $180 for housing (not available in student registration)
1 person in a room: the attendee pays $360 for housing (not available in student registration)
If you have any lodging special needs, please be sure to include them in your registration.
As a student, if you have a special circumstance that requires upgraded housing, please contact us.
Where will I stay overnight?
When you register for the conference with housing, we guarantee that a room will be available for your stay during the conference. If we are unable to guarantee a room at the Westin (Jubilee headquarters hotel) based on availability, we will provide details and confirmation numbers for one of our nearby and comparable partner hotels.
Do I need to specify my roommates when I register?
No. We assign housing onsite at the conference. You will need to arrive at Jubilee check-in with your preferred roommates in order to guarantee a room together.
If you do not have particular roommates in mind, you will be placed in a room with other attendees.
How can I register for Jubilee 2019?
You can register online for Jubilee until Thursday, February 14, 2019. Register here!
You can also register for the conference onsite at the rate of $309 (includes 4 person hotel room), or $209 for a commuter pass.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We’ll miss you at Jubilee 2019! You can cancel a registration and receive a refund of your payment minus a $50 non-refundable deposit, if you cancel on or before January 31, 2019. Please modify by logging back into your registration page.
Cancellations after January 31st will not receive a refund.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Registrations are transferable until Thursday, February 14. You can make substitutions by logging back into your registration page changing the name of the registrant. You cannot downgrade your registration—meaning you cannot change a registration WITH housing to a registration WITHOUT housing.
There is no cost for substitutions prior to the event. If you need to make a substitution when you arrive at the conference, there will be a $15 transfer fee.
What is a referral code?
When you register, you will receive an email confirmation, including a unique referral code. Invite your friends to join you at Jubilee, and be sure to send them your referral code. When a friend registers with your referral code, you will receive $10 off your balance due! The code may be used a total of 10 times, amounting to $100 off your registration. Referral codes must be entered at time of registration and can’t be added to a registration retroactively. We have a limited number of referral codes available, so start inviting now!
If your question hasn’t been answered or we can help with accessibility at the conference, please feel free to contact us.
