How much does it cost to attend Jubilee 2012?
We try to make your registration simple and affordable. Our pricing for Jubilee includes the registration cost for the conference AND housing for the conference. You can register without housing if you prefer, and make other arrangements, but we definitely recommend planning to stay on site at the Westin for the best Jubilee 2012 experience.
$239 ($149 registration + $90 housing in a 4 person room) until December 1, 2011 at 11:59 PM
$259 ($169 registration + $90 housing in a 4 person room) until January 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM
$279 ($189 registration + $90 housing in a 4 person room) after January 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM
What are the rooming options for Jubilee 2012?
Most Jubilee attendees stay in a room with three other people—this is the standard $90 per person rate that is included in our pricing list. However, if you would like to share a room with just one other person, or have a room to yourself, you can.
4 people in a room: each attendee pays $90 for housing
2 people in a room: each attendee pays $180 for housing (not available in CCO student registration)
1 person in a room: the attendee pays $360 for housing (not available in CCO student registration)
If you have any lodging special needs, please be sure to include them in your registration.
Do I need to specify my roommates when I register?
No. We assign housing onsite at the conference. You will need to check-in with your preferred roommates at Jubilee 2012 in order to guarantee you can room together.
If you do not have particular roommates in mind, you will be put in a room with other attendees.
How can I register for Jubilee 2012?
You can register online for Jubilee until Thursday, February 9, 2012. Go here now to register online!
You can also register for the conference onsite at the rate of $289 (includes 4 person hotel room).
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We’ll miss you at Jubilee 2012! You can cancel a registration and receive a refund of your payment minus a $50 non-refundable deposit, if you cancel on or before January 26, 2012. Please modify by logging back into your registration page.
Cancellations after January 26th will not receive a refund.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Registrations are transferable until Thursday, February 9. You can make substitutions by logging back into your registration page here and changing the name of the registrant. You cannot downgrade your registration—meaning you cannot change a registration WITH housing to a registration WITHOUT housing.
There is no cost for substitutions prior to the event. If you need to make a substitution when you arrive at the conference, there will be a $15 transfer fee.
