Most Muslim ministries have focused on sending full-time missionaries overseas to Middle Eastern countries. Crescent Project has used an entirely different approach, training the local church to reach out to the Muslims in their own communities, expanded development and trainings throughout Europe, church planting in the top four, most Muslim-dense countries, digital outreach that equips Christ followers to become online missionaries, direct relief for Muslim refugees, disaster relief in Muslim countries, and aiding persecuted Christians suffering at the hands of Muslims. Crescent Project has equipped over 400,000 Christ followers around the world in 96 countries in the past 10 years.
Our vision is to see a day when fear is replaced with love, and millions of Christians are actively sharing the truth of Christ with millions of Muslims for the glory of God. Our approach to witnessing is to serve as ambassadors for Jesus to our Muslim friends (2 Cor. 5:20), trusting in the sovereignty of God and the Holy Spirit’s power to draw and awaken them to the truth of Christ. We believe in taking the initiative, sharing the love of Christ, and proclaiming the Gospel truth in thought, word, and deed.
